Cheddr Shipping Policy

At Cheddr, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and protection options for your package.

Processing & Shipping Times

• We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed before 2 PM PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping times vary but generally take 3-5 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
• We ship via USPS. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, Cheddr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays, which may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control over delivery times or potential delays.

Shipping Protection with Route (Highly Recommended)

• We strongly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout.
• Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages—giving you peace of mind in case of any shipping issues.
• If you do not purchase Route protection, we cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they leave our facility.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
